The short version
Payment confirms the appointment. Eligible changes made at least 24 hours ahead receive a full refund; later cancellations, changes, and missed appointments are nonrefundable.
Payment and confirmation
Appointments are paid in full at checkout. A time is confirmed after successful payment and a confirmation notice. If a rare calendar conflict is detected after payment, the site will attempt an automatic full refund and alert the practice.
Changes, cancellations, and no-shows
You may reschedule or cancel through My Account until 24 hours before the appointment start time. A timely cancellation receives a full refund to the original payment method.
Appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours, and missed appointments, are nonrefundable. Blend Bodywork may make an administrative adjustment when an error, emergency, or exceptional circumstance warrants it.
Arrival and session time
Arriving late may shorten the hands-on portion of the session so the next appointment can begin on time. The full appointment price still applies.
Session safety
Share relevant comfort or safety concerns in person. The practice may pause, modify, or decline a session when safe professional service is not possible.
Communication choices
Booking Terms acceptance is required to purchase an appointment. Consent to appointment text messages is a separate, optional checkbox and is not a condition of purchase.
