I believe in using multiple techniques to create a customized session plan to meet your specific needs. Each session is tailored towards your body and pain relief goals, to give long lasting relief.

I regularly use deep pressure; however I do not subscribe to the "no pain, no gain" belief. Using the appropriate pressure allows me to reach the underlying muscles without damaging the surface tissue. This creates effective relief without the typical pain from "deep tissue" massage.

I graduated from the Lauterstein-Conway School of Massage and have been licensed for over a decade. I am also a Licensed Massage Instructor, focusing on Thai/Mat and Next Level Pain Relief, and am a Certified Lymphatic Massage Therapist.
