Checkout and account information may include your name, email, phone, billing or shipping address, order details, appointment selection, and the consent records you choose. Payment-card details are handled by the selected payment processor and are not stored by this website.

Appointment systems and providers

Confirmed appointment times may be synchronized to a private Google Calendar using an internal booking number and service name. The site may use WooCommerce for orders and accounts, PayPal for payment, Google Calendar for availability, a transactional email provider for notices, Cloudflare for security and delivery, and Twilio for appointment texts when you opt in.

SMS consent evidence

For appointment texts, the site records the number, exact consent version and hash, time, checkout context, IP address, browser identifier, opt-in state, and any opt-out source. Message records retain provider IDs, delivery state, and a one-way body hash rather than message content.

Cookies and aggregate measurement

Essential cookies support accounts, cart, checkout, security, and appointment holds. The site also records limited first-party daily event totals—such as page groups and booking-step counts—to measure basic site performance.

Your choices

You can update account details, opt out of texts with STOP, and request access or deletion where applicable, subject to records that must be kept for payment, tax, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations.
