A flexible place to begin
You do not need to choose every technique in advance. The session begins with a short conversation about pressure, pace, focus, and comfort, then changes with your feedback.
What it can include
Swedish-style strokes, sustained pressure, gentle movement, stretching, and focused attention can be combined without turning the visit into a rigid sequence.
What stays consistent
Consent, professional draping, clear communication, and the option to change pressure or positioning remain part of every session.
Choose 60 or 90 minutes
Sixty minutes works well for a full-body introduction or one main focus. Ninety minutes creates room for multiple areas or a slower whole-body pace.
Is this a fit?
A useful starting point
You want room to combine relaxation with focused work, you are new to Blend, or your priorities may change from visit to visit.
What to expect
You and Danielle choose an initial focus, pressure range, and pace. The session may move between broad, connected work and more specific attention while preserving time for feedback.
How to prepare
No special preparation is required. Wear what is comfortable, arrive ready to name one or two priorities, and remember that “I am not sure” is enough information to begin.
Your comfort
You can change pressure, position, pace, draping, or technique at any time.
